You will need:
- 1-cup hot / boiling water
- A glass dish
- Aluminum foil
- 1-cup baking soda
- 1-cup table salt
- Dawn dish soap
- A spare toothbrush
Boil water. Crinkle up the aluminum foil and place it on the bottom of your glass dish. Put all jewelry in a single layer and make sure all the silver is touching the foil.
Sprinkle baking soda, salt and soap over everything including the tarnished sterling silver jewelry. Pour the boiling water over everything.
Use the toothbrush to move the silver around and flip it over … Make sure all the pieces are touching the aluminum foil. If needed, take each piece of jewelry out and use the toothbrush to clean even more. Once everything is shinny and clean as original, carefully remove your pieces and rinse them under tap water. Dry everything with a cloth.
